INDIAN PUEBLO CULTURAL CENTERGINGERBREAD HOUSE CONTESTRULES:1. Gingerbread Houses MUST BE EDIBLE. Graham crackers, cookies, or other pre-madefoods may be used for the buildings instead of traditional gingerbread, but please, no cardboardor plastic. Mini lights are allowed. Natural materials (e.g., woods, grasses, tree stems) may beused as landscaping enhancement.2. Size limitations require houses and landscapes to fit on a 24 inch by 24 inch display board(576 square inches maximum).3. Houses must be representative of a traditional Pueblo house/andor community.4. PrizesAdult Category: 1 st Place ($1,000) 2 nd Place ($500) 3 rd Place ($250) Honorable Mention ($100)Children’s Category [12 yrs & under]: 1 st Place ($300) 2 nd Place ($200) 3 rd Place ($100)Honorable Mention ($50)5. JudgingWinners will be judged by a panel of judges on December 20, 2011. Rating will include:Creativity, construction & materials used, representation of a New Mexico Pueblo house orcommunity.6. Winners will be revealed and notified on December 21, 2011.7. Winners may pick up winning checks on December 22, 2011 between 9 am & 4 pm. Orelect to have their checks mailed.Gingerbread House Participant Agrees to the following:I agree to place my Gingerbread House entry in the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (IPCC) forpublic viewing from Saturday, November 19, 2011 to no later than by 4 pm - Tuesday,December 13, 2011.I agree to hold IPCC harmless if any damage should occur to my Gingerbread House.I acknowledge that I am responsible for picking my Gingerbread House up by Tuesday,January 3, 2012 by close of business (5 pm).I further acknowledge that should my entry not be picked up by January 3, 2012, IPCC has rightto dispose of my Gingerbread House in any manner IPCC deems appropriate.Participant keeps this sheet
