Ordering InformationMinimum OrderNew account opening orders are set at $250.Existing customers can place reorders at aminimum of $100. Orders less than $100 will besubject to a small order fee of $10.Freight ChargesStandard freight policy is F.O.B. Fort Lawn,South Carolina. Merchandise will be shipped bythe best and least expensive means.Freight costswill be prepaid and added to your invoice.TermsWe accept VISA, MASTERCARD,AMERICAN EXPRESS. The first two ordersmust be credit card, NET 30 terms availableupon credit approval on third order. Accountsmust apply for credit by supplying a credit sheetwith at least 6 active credit references with faxnumbers and a signed credit application. Net30 terms are based on the date of the invoiceand finance charges in the amount of 1.5% permonth will be applied to invoices not paid within30 days. No COD orders are accepted. Prices aresubject to change without notice. We reserve theright to discontinue product.Back OrdersOur goal is to have a fully-stocked warehouse,but due to the nature of importing, we can notguarantee that every item will be in stock atall times. Items not in stock will automaticallybe back ordered and shipped as they becomeavailable, unless stipulated differently by thecustomer. Back orders below $50.00 willautomatically cancel.ReturnsMerchandise returns are subject to review andwill be accepted by Scene Weaver, LLC onlywith prior return authorization. Returns receivedwithout a Return Authorization (R.A.) formand R.A. number will be refused and returned tosender. All authorized returns must be shippedprepaid to Scene Weaver within 7 days of receiptof goods.Order Changes & CancellationsOrder changes and cancellations must be submittedin writing and acknowledged by our customer serviceteam. We require order changes and cancellations bemade at least 7 days prior to the ship date. Changesto orders in progress will result in a $15.00 fee.Restocking FeeScene Weaver, LLC will charge a 10% restockingfee, as well as shipping costs for refused orders,partial orders shipped prior to cancel dates, ororders without cancel dates.
