Dear colleagues,<br />

it is a great pleasure for us to host the European Course of<br />

Paediatric Radiology <strong>in</strong> <strong>2012</strong>. The topic this year will be gastro<strong>in</strong>test<strong>in</strong>al<br />

and urogenital <strong>imag<strong>in</strong>g</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>childhood</strong>.<br />

The <strong>course</strong> is orientated towards paediatric radiologists – young<br />

and more experienced – and general radiologists who work with<br />

children. The lectures and workshops <strong>in</strong> the picturesque ambiance<br />

of the Old Castle Dornburg are led by renowned speakers<br />

who will provide an update on gastro-<strong>in</strong>test<strong>in</strong>al and urogenital<br />

<strong>imag<strong>in</strong>g</strong> <strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g recent advances.<br />

Hands-on teach<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> small work groups will create oppurtunities<br />

for you to exchange experiences. There will also be plenty<br />

of time for personal discussion with the faculty members dur<strong>in</strong>g<br />

coffee breaks and lunches.<br />
