The contractor enlisted in one class below the “Eligibility Criteria” given above may also apply.Accepting Officer may consider such applications in the event of inadequate response from eligibleclass contractors.3. Application not accompanied by requisite value DD/Bankers Cheque towards Cost of Tendershall not be considered for issue of tender.4. Contractors not enlisted with MES will be required to enclose necessary documents to provetheir eligibility as given above including Affidavit for no recovery outstanding.5. In case or rejection of application for issue of tender, the applicant shall be refunded the cost oftender. Contractor may appeal to next higher Engineer Authority i,e. CE Comd/ Zone/CWE forrejection of his application for issue of tender whose decision shall be final and binding.
