Invitation for application for issue of tender does not constitute any guarantee for issue oftender to applicant even to enlisted contractors for appropriate class. Issue of tender will be decidedby the Accepting Officer based on the past record, financial position and experience of similar of theapplicant/contractor. The Accepting Officer shall consider applications received upto the date ofreceipt of applications/extended date of receipt of applications for issue of tender. Theapplicant/contractor, if he so desires, may appeal to the next higher <strong>Engineer</strong> Authority with copy tothe Accepting Officer. The applicant/contractor will be informed regarding non issue of tender withoutassigning reasons. No appeal/representation shall be entertained in respect of application for issue oftender as received after the date of receipt of applications/extended date of receipt of applications.The decision of the next higher <strong>Engineer</strong> authority shall be final and the applicant/contractor will notbe entitled for any compensation for rejection of his applicable.2.
