• Run away from the defender. Thus, it is a great habit for kids to yell “Up!”when they see that the disc has been thrown.Discretion: While there are obviously a lot of rules in Ultimate, the most important thing for kidswho are learning the game is for them to run around, have fun, and play with good spirit. As kidsdevelop their throwing, catching and cutting skills and become more familiar with the game, thelevel of sophistication will naturally increase.
