If you are a 1 st yearJuvenile that is eliminated by a 2 nd year Juvenile that places in the top 5, your coach must submit awritten petition to the Domestic Development Manager to be permitted to compete in the Trials.MEN’S FREESTYLE :39 - 42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 76, 85, 100 kgWOMEN:36 - 38, 40, 43, 46, 49, 52, 56, 60, 65, 70 kgNOTE: All athletes will be required to provide their date of birth and circle whether they are a 1 st or 2 nd yearjuvenile on their weigh-in slip in the spot provided.All registrations must be received by the National Office no later than March 10, 2013 (by email to:ckingsbury@wrestling.ca or by fax 613-748-5756).REGISTRATION• All athletes / coaches must be registered members of their Provincial <strong>Association</strong>.• All participants must register using the <strong>Wrestling</strong> Canada Registration Form.• The <strong>Wrestling</strong> Canada Registration Form must be signed by the P/TSO President.• Please check with your P/TSO to determine if you have any additional registration requirements.All LATE registrations will be subject to a late fee of $25 per athlete (no exceptions).All LATE registrations will be registered as “independent”.COACHES• All coaches must register using the <strong>Wrestling</strong> Canada Registration Form (must include your NCCPcertification number).• Coaches must be fully CERTIFIED in NCCP Competition-Introduction to be eligible to coach in the cornerduring the event. (Make sure you have completed the online “Making Ethical Decisions” evaluation atwww.coach.ca and have evaluated by a certified evaluator).• Coaching registration (NCCP CRF) forms for coaching certification, submitted by Learning Facilitators(LF), Evaluators (E), and P/TSOs, will be accepted NO LATER than the registration deadline for theNational Championships in any given year, for the purposes of checking and approving coachingcertification for coaching eligibility at such National Championships, except at the discretion of the VPDevelopment on reasonable grounds. Requests for such exceptions must be submitted to the DomesticDevelopment Manager in writing at the earliest possible time. For 2013 Cadet / Juvenile Nationals,forms must be submitted no later than March 10, 2013.ENTRY FEESPayment of entry fees will be done on-site during the registration period. Cheques or other forms of paymentare made payable to: SASKATOON WRESTLING CLUB.$70.00 – Men’s and Women’s Freestyle (includes a $20 <strong>Wrestling</strong> Canada surcharge)$45.00 – Men’s Greco-Roman only (includes a $20 <strong>Wrestling</strong> Canada surcharge)$35.00 – FILA Cadet Trials (men`s and women`s freestyle)
