Many populationshave been eliminated from the<strong>Niagara</strong> Region (Argus et al. 1982-1987).Common weed of open disturbedground.Rare and local in old fields, coniferplantations, and disturbed woods.Most common on the <strong>Niagara</strong>Escarpment. Apears to be spreadingin the Great Lakes area (Wagner andJohnson 1981). C. Schaefer #91-17(TRT) from Jordan Valley ANSI in1991.Limestone boulders in woods along the<strong>Niagara</strong> Escarpment. S.
