All matters which are ordered to be connected will be listed as one item / serialnumber before the Hon’ble Division Bench and in case of SB matters, before theHon’ble Senior most Single Bench.3. (a) Mentioning of all (D.B. / S.B.) matters not notified in the Daily / Weekly List bemade before the Hon’ble Division Bench-I. However, mentioning of matters alreadynotified in the Daily / Weekly List shall be made before the concerned Hon’bleDivision Bench / Single Bench, where the matter is so listed.(b) Mentioning of SB Arbitration matters and Company matters, be made beforeHon’ble Shri Justice Sujoy Paul.4. The Weekly List will consist of matters taken from the Consolidated / Quarterly Listcategory-wise distributed amongst the concerned Benches in proportionate lotschronologically.5. The Advocates and parties may mention any matter left out in the hearing listwhich is older than the oldest of same category of cases listed in the hearing listbefore the Registrar cum O.S.D. from 10.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. on any workingday for inclusion in the quarterly list.6. If any Final Hearing case fits in two or more categories of priority category, thenorder be sought from the Registrar cum O.S.D. to include it in the categorywhere it would get priority, if not properly positioned in the list already notifiedby the Registry.7. Repeat Bail Applications filed under Section 389, 438 and 439 of the Cr.P.C.shall be listed before the Hon’ble Judge who decided first application. However,if the Hon’ble Judge, who decided the first application, is not available due totransfer, elevation or retirement, then the subsequent bail applications shall belisted before the senior most Bench as per assignment.8. The admission Matters which could not reach on the given day or could not be takenup for hearing due to non-availability of the concerned Bench will be deferred to thefollowing week (Court working day) in suitable lots to be notified by the Registry.The allotted returnable dates will be notified in the supplementary list of thefollowing court working day under caption Note at the top of the list.BY ORDER OFHON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICEAPPROVEDSd/-(A.M.
