Disruptive inmates are shepherdedtowards exits by discharging a low level concentration ofagent at the closed end of the selected area. If that doesn’tmove the inmates as quickly as desired, the medium leveldispensers can be activated to increase the amount ofagent in the area and induce the inmates to move towardsthe exits faster. Experience has shown that this is usuallysufficient to break up a disturbance.
