Changes in the management of the <strong>Oetker</strong> Group<br />
As part of the long-term personnel and succession planning in the<br />
<strong>Oetker</strong> Group, the following changes in the management of the <strong>Oetker</strong> Group will take place in<br />
2013 and 2014.<br />
<strong>Dr</strong> Hans-Henning Wiegmann, Chairman of the Executive Board of Wiesbaden-based Henkell<br />
& Co. Group and Member of Group Management of the <strong>Oetker</strong> Group, is to withdraw from<br />
operational responsibility at Henkell & Co. and as General Partner of <strong>Dr</strong>. <strong>Oetker</strong> <strong>KG</strong> at the end<br />
of 2012 upon reaching the age of 65 and go into retirement. Under his management, the<br />
Henkell & Co. Group has evolved in the last more than 20 years from the German sparkling<br />
wine maker Söhnlein Rheingold <strong>KG</strong> in Wiesbaden to become one of the leading sparkling<br />
wine makers in the world and a major provider of wine and spirits.<br />

<strong>Dr</strong> Wiegmann for his exceptionally successful work for various companies of the <strong>Oetker</strong><br />
Group.<br />
With effect from 1 January 2013, <strong>Dr</strong> Wiegmann’s successor as Chairman of the Executive<br />
Board of Henkell & Co. is to be <strong>Dr</strong> Andreas Brokemper (43), who has served on Henkell’s<br />
executive board since 2002 and is intimately acquainted with both the company and the<br />
markets.<br />
<strong>Dr</strong> Erlfried Baatz (56), employed with the <strong>Oetker</strong> Group for over 27 years and Managing<br />
Director of Henkell & Co. since 1 January 1995, is moving to the affiliate Radeberger Group<br />
<strong>KG</strong> in Frankfurt on 1 April 2013 to succeed <strong>Dr</strong> Albert Christmann (49) as Chairman of the<br />
Executive Board. <strong>Dr</strong> Baatz will then represent the brewing division in group management as<br />
General Partner of <strong>Dr</strong>. <strong>August</strong> <strong>Oetker</strong> <strong>KG</strong>.<br />

<strong>Dr</strong> Albert Christmann will subsequently move to Bielefeld and, on 1 January 2014, following a<br />
period of familiarisation, succeed <strong>Dr</strong> Ernst F Schröder (64), who will step down from his<br />
position as General Partner of <strong>Dr</strong>. <strong>August</strong> <strong>Oetker</strong> <strong>KG</strong> after 21 years, and as Chief Financial<br />
Officer of the <strong>Oetker</strong> Group after 24 years, upon reaching the age of 65.<br />
