2.5 The re-alignment application is to facilitate the development <strong>of</strong> Moltke Street which is anexisting street located in the Donegall Road area <strong>of</strong> <strong>Belfast</strong> and is included in theredevelopment <strong>of</strong> the Village area, Phase 1. This application also includes the realignment<strong>of</strong> Moltke Street which will occur as the result <strong>of</strong> future phases <strong>of</strong> the scheme beingredeveloped.3 Resource Implications3.1 There are no Financial, Human Resources or Assets and other Implications in this report.4 Equality Implications4.1 There are no direct Equality implications.5 Recommendation5.1 Based on the information presented, the Committee is requested to either:• grant the applications, or• refuse the applications and request the applicant to submit another name forconsideration.6 Decision TrackingIf the decision is to refuse an application, then a letter will be sent to the applicant within 5 days<strong>of</strong> the <strong>Council</strong> decision, requesting that they submit an alternative name.If the decision is to grant an application, then the applicant and all relevant organisations will beadvised within 14 days <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Council</strong> decision.The person responsible for the actions above is Trevor Martin, Head <strong>of</strong> Service Building Control.
