How to Join the <strong>Grand</strong> Commander’s or the <strong>Grand</strong> Master’s ClubsAny individual may send a check in the amount <strong>of</strong> $100 or more specified forthe purpose <strong>of</strong> beginning a <strong>Grand</strong> Commander’s Club membership and madepayable to the <strong>Knights</strong> <strong>Templar</strong> Eye Foundation.
