Thisinformation should be made available <strong>to</strong> the Agency as soon as possible after theincident.Failure by an IPPC applicant or licensee <strong>to</strong> inform the Agency of incidents occurring attheir facilities will lead <strong>to</strong> enforcement action being taken against that facility.
