For Work from S.N. 01 to 02Tender will be received upto 14:30 hrs on 12.07.2012 and will be opened at 15:00 hrs on 12.07.2012 inthe office of Deputy Chief Engineer/RE/Ambala Cantt and Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer/RE/Meerut City(in case of holiday, tender will be opened on next working day at the same time & place).For Work from S.N. 03 to 05Tender will be received upto 14:30 hrs on 12.07.2012 and will be opened at 15:00 hrs on 12.07.2012in the office of Dy Chief Engineer/RE/Ambala Cantt and Dy Chief Electrical Engineer/RE/Jammu Tawi at449, Sector-4, Channi Himmat, Jammu (in case of holiday tender will be opened on next working day at the sametime & place.)Minimum Eligibility Criteria :1. The tenderer must submit following documents along with his/their tender:A) A statement showing similar works executed by him/them and also certificate of credentials from theoffice with whom he/they have worked for the successful completion of his/their works. Thetenderer/s should also submit a list of personnel, organization available on hand and proposed to beengaged for the subject work, list of plant and machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to beinducted (own and hired to be given separately) for the subject work.B) A list of works completed in the last three financial years giving description of work, organization forwhom executed , approximate value of contract at the time of award, date of award and date ofscheduled completion of work, date of actual start actual completion and final balance of contract.List of works on hand indicating description of work contract value, approximate value of balancework yet to be done and date of award.2. Certificates from private individuals for whom such works are executed/being executed will not be accepted.3. a. Technical capability:The tenderer should have satisfactorily completed single similar nature of work physically for a minimumvalue of 35% of advertised tender value during the last three financial years(i.e. current year and threeprevious financial years)(NOTE: This condition will not be applicable for the tender value below Rs. 50 lacs.)The electrical work shall be executed by the agency possessing a valid Electrical License issued by StateLicensing authority .The work may be carried out by the tenderer himself or engaging other agency havingthe above eligibility. The approval of such agency to be taken from Railway before start of the Electricalwork.b. Financial capability:The tenderer should have received a minimum contractual payment of 150% of advertised tender valueduring last three financial years and current financial year. The tenderer should produce attested certificatefrom employer/client, audited balance sheet duly certified by Chartered Accountant.(NOTE: This condition will not be applicable for the tender value below Rs. 50 lacs.)4. The necessary certificate for meeting above eligibility criteria should be submitted along with the tenderitself, otherwise tender is liable to be rejected summarily.5. Earnest money , should be deposited either in cash with Divnl. Cashier/RE at Ambala Cantt only or in anyform of Deposit Receipt ,pay orders, DD executed by State Bank of India or any of Nationalized bank or bya schedule bank in favour of Senior Accounts Officer, Railway Electrification , Ambala Cantt.6. Bank guarantee will not be accepted. Standing earnest money from other unit will not be accepted. Tenderwithout earnest money will be rejected summarily.Page 2 of 3
