The <strong>AKL</strong> /<strong>AKV</strong> pumps are used for problem-free and economicallypumping of clear, turbid, aggressive, valuable, toxic or illsmellingliquids that do not contain any abbrasive particles.The <strong>AKV</strong>A, <strong>AKV</strong>B, <strong>AKL</strong>A and <strong>AKL</strong>B pumps are capable ofhandling gas along with the medium while the <strong>AKV</strong>B is alsoself-priming.The <strong>AKL</strong> / <strong>AKV</strong> pumps are used for application in the fields offor example;• Chemical industry,• Petro-Chemical,• Plastics and rubber industry,• Pharmaceutical industry,• Food industry,• Surface treatment and hardening,• Air conditioning and refrigeration.The space-saving and robust design with bearing pedestalor bearing bracket and the small quantity of high-qualitymaterial has made this inexpensive design a well-knownpump in the above-mentioned industries.Furthermore, the <strong>AKV</strong>/<strong>AKL</strong> pumps are very suitable whereverstandard chemical pumps are oversized and are operatinguneconomically.DesignHorizontal or vertical, single stage side channel pumps withopposite arranged suction and discharge cover. The arrangingof the suction and discharge branch in one casing part givesthe possibility to change all parts subject to wear withoutdetaching the pumps from the piping system. The CEH is also available with magneticcoupling.Technical documentation about these pump series will be readily suppliedon request.Easy MaintenanceThe arranging of the suction and discharge branch in one casing part, gives the possibility to change all wear parts withoutdetaching the pumps from the piping system.
