Four Corner Crimper- EP 424<br />
Overview of EP 424<br />
The latest weapon added by Star Alubuild<br />
into its artillery unit is the Elumatec<br />
CP424. The machine can undertake<br />
simultaneous crimpling of all 4 corners<br />
using hydraulics. To ensure quality<br />
crimping, the crimping heads can be<br />
exactly positioned by a 3-axis control. In<br />
addition to this, the height of each<br />
crimping head is individually adjustable.<br />
The crimping positions can be<br />
programmed using the user-friendly<br />
display control. The maximum crimping<br />
height that can be achieved using this<br />
machine is 100 mm & a maximum size of<br />
frame that can be used in this machine is<br />
4.000 MM X 2.500 MM.
