Bespoke Curved Panel Manufacturing Service<br />
Bagpress supplies machinery and tooling used in the cold-press production of curved,<br />
laminated and veneer or HPL clad panels. With professional vacuum presses starting at just<br />
GBP499 it is now possible for every joinery company to produce their own bespoke curved<br />
panels, especially as Bagpress now manufactures lightweight CNC-cut polystyrene tooling,<br />
removing the need for companies to make their own.<br />
Bagpress also offers a full manufacturing service for bespoke curved panels, from one-offs,<br />
through to production runs of several thousand. Components such as column casings,<br />
reception desk panels, wall cladding, vanity units, locker doors, kitchen doors and drawer<br />
fronts and lighting units have all been made by Bagpress, destined for projects such as the<br />
2012 London Olympic Village and Heathrow Airport Terminals 4&5. Surface finishes of types<br />
can be bonded to curved panels including veneer, laminate, leather and rubber.<br />
