Welcome at AMES and welcome at the Interior Expo! 

This Product Folder should give you an overview of our services and 

products available today. 

Our continued investment in state of the art software and latest 

software for F/E analysis keeps AMES in the forefront of Design 

Engineering and allows us to carry out most projects in-house. 

We are continually adding aircraft types to our CAMO approval certificate 

and we are in a position to add new types within 4 weeks. 

Our Engineers have virtually travelled the globe and have worked 

with all the major regulatory authorities. 

In 2009 we started AMES Production Organisation and our aim is 

to supply all parts with Engineering Orders and EASA Form 1. We 

are constantly expanding on additional products required by our 

Customers. 

Recently we started our Consulting and Training organisation to 

provide services in various aviation sectors and to use our experience 

of more than 20 years in different areas of international 

aviation.

Windscreen - B737 Classic / B737 NG / B767/ A 320 / A330/340 

Windscreens designed by AMES Part21J Design Organisation and produced by AMES PLS 

Part21G Production Organisation ensure highest quality and customization to all your 

requirements. 

The AMES designed Windscreens are seat track mounted. 

The upper attachments include a unique attachment 

system allowing under-bin installation and the removal of 

the windscreen within minutes. Difficult loading operations 

which require removal of the windscreens can be 

accomplished within the regular aircraft turnaround time. 

The metallic honeycomb design guarantees the best 

weight / stiffness / reliability ratio on the market. AMES 

windscreens include a high structural reserve factor 

for additional installations like literature pockets, baby 

bassinets, magazine covers, IFE components, cutouts, 

placards etc. Installations can be accomplished with 

standard tools, without the need for time consuming 

installation of potted inserts. 

The metallic honeycomb panel is covered with a decorative 

laminate or paint as defined by customer. AMES offers a wide 

range of standard decors available. For customized decors 

AMES will provide the required burn test qualification using 

approved sources within its EASA approved Part 21J design 

organisation. 

The edges of the AMES windscreens are build by a one 

piece thermo formed aluminum profile to provide a first 

class appearance.

The AMES designed Curtain Header is overhead bin 

mounted by means of standard inserts. The special shape 

of the Curtain Header is designed to allow an unrestricted 

operation of the overhead bins and the ceiling stowage 

with Curtain Header installed. 

AMES Curtain Header can be either ordered on a piece 

part level or in a complete AMES Partition installation kit 

incl. partition, curtains, etc. 

Curtains are available in different designs and colors. To 

allow easy integration, Curtains are available as single or 

double side mounted. Tie Backs and partition mounted 

vice action latches are part of the Curtain Kit. 

EXIT signs used are tritium free to comply with the latest 

environmental standards.

Movable Class Divider - B737 Classic / B737 NG / A 320 

Movable Class Divider designed by AMES Part21J Design Organisation and produced by 

AMES PLS Part21G Production Organisation ensures highest quality and customization to 

meet all your requirements. 

The AMES designed Movable Class Divider is under-bin rail 

mounted by means of quick release roller-locks. The shape 

of the Movable Class Divider is designed to match the bin 

and ceiling structure perfectly. 

To allow easy installation/removal, the AMES Movable Class 

Divider is designed in three major sub-assemblies connected 

by quick release pins. 

Weight savings of up to 30% compared to other systems 

available on the market are achieved by the consequent use 

of lightweight design features and materials. 

Curtains are available in different designs and colors. To 

allow easy integration, Curtains are available as single or 

double side mounted. Tie backs and vice action latches are 

included in the Curtain Kit.

ATA Chapter: 46-00-00 Information Systems 

EFB – Electronic Flight Bag 

The AMES Part21J Design Organisation in 

collaboration with the AMES PLS Part21G 

Production Organisation provides EASA certified 

installation kits for class 2 and 3 EFB´s for all 

major A/C types. 

The AMES designed EFB solutions include an EASA certified 

installation bracket for your portable electronic device. The 

certified installation includes the connection to the aircraft 

power supply. The EFB system to be installed can be optionally 

connected to the aircraft data bus to receive and generate data. 

Installation Brackets might be customized to allow integration of 

pre-selected display systems. Yoke and Cockpit mounted options 

are available. 

AMES supports the operational approval (risk assessment, 

AMM, IPC, WDM, OPS Manual, and/or MEL amendment, etc.) 

and provide a customized Flight Manual Supplement.

ATA Chapter: 11-00-00 Placards and Markings 

Interior / Exterior Placards / Livery Changes 

The AMES Part21J Design Organisation together with the AMES PLS Part21G Production 

Organisation provides the full range of Interior Placards / Exterior Decals and Livery 

Designs from single signs up to complete aircraft kits. 

The AMES designed Interior- and Advertising Placards are 

printed on state of the art materials fully burn test certified 

in accordance with §25.853. To guarantee best durability 

and first class appearance the Placards are protected by an 

additional layer of Lexan laminate. 

Exterior Placards are thermally printed onto vinyl with 

a Tedlar over-laminate. These Exterior Placards are fuel 

resistant and do not fade or yellow with age. 

Livery Changes designed and approved by AMES Part21J 

DOA are based on supplied industrial design studies 

and consider all customer design and appearance 

requirements. Painting templates are provided on request.
