In addition toappearing in courtrooms across theUS, he has led teams in significantinternational commercial arbitrationproceedings under the rules of theInternational Chamber of Commerce(ICC), the International Centre for DisputeResolution, the London Court ofInternational Arbitration, the UnitedNations Commission on InternationalTrade Law, and JAMS.
