<strong>Senior</strong> Dinner:<strong>The</strong> dinner is scheduled for Thursday, May 23 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the O’Connell Dining Hall. This event issponsored by the Mothers’ Club and Fathers’ Club. You will receive specific information from them as the dateapproaches.<strong>Senior</strong> Awards Assembly:<strong>The</strong> <strong>Senior</strong> Awards Assembly will be held in the auditorium on Friday, May 24 at 10:00 a.m.Only the student’s immediate family (parents, siblings, and grandparents) may attend the Awards Assembly.Graduation Photography: For the Class <strong>of</strong> 2013, Lifetouch Photography will be capturing handshake photos <strong>of</strong> each senior as she receives herdiploma. In addition to individual handshake photos, Lifetouch will also be capturing general candid photos <strong>of</strong> thegraduation liturgy and activities both before and after. If you are interested in purchasing pictures, images will beavailable for viewing approximately 72 hours after graduation takes place. All current courses must be passed with a minimum grade <strong>of</strong> D. Grades will be finalized after exams. All service hours for the year and in total (30 hours) must be complete by Monday, April 15. OLD VERSION:<strong>Senior</strong> Prom: Friday, May 17, 2013, 8 p.m. – 12 midnight<strong>The</strong> <strong>Senior</strong> Prom will be held at <strong>The</strong> Sheraton <strong>Baltimore</strong> North located at 903 Dulaney Valley Road, Towson, Maryland 21204.<strong>The</strong> phone number is 410.321.7400. Please be aware <strong>of</strong> the following expectations for our students and their guests: Free parking is available on the premises. Students are bound by all school rules and expectations, and will be subject to disciplinary action for any infractions. Students are welcome to come in groups or solo if they do not choose to come with a male guest. No female guests areallowed, including, but not limited to TCHS students who are not members <strong>of</strong> the Class <strong>of</strong> 2013. Male guests will beasked for identification and our students will be asked to give us the name <strong>of</strong> their guest prior to the dance. All tickets must be pre-purchased. Tickets may be bought for single or couple attendance. No student may purchase aticket for another student. Please note that service hours must be complete, tuition must be paid in full, and allfinancial obligations must be met (library fines, senior clothing, athletic uniforms returned, etc.) in order topurchase tickets. Payment to the Business Office must be in the form <strong>of</strong> cash, money order, or bank check. Nopersonal checks will be accepted. Students with obligations will receive written notification.Attire: <strong>Senior</strong> Students: formal dress, dress shoes. No extreme bare areas back or front. Students may bringcomfortable shoes/slippers to change into, but will not be allowed to be shoeless during the dance. Dress isnormally floor length. Dressy pants attire is acceptable. Male guests: Formal attire. No hats. Ties may be loosened or removed during the dance activity. Slacks are to beworn at the waist. All outerwear jackets must be checked at coat check. A change <strong>of</strong> shoes will be acceptableduring the prom. All bags and/or backpacks will be subject to check. Students may be asked to empty pockets, etc. Only smallpurses and cameras will be allowed in the event area. TCHS is not responsible for any item or its contents whenbrought into the event area. All students and their guests must be present at the prom no later than 8:45 p.m. for admittance. No student will bereleased prior to 11:00 p.m. If a student is driving under a license that has an earlier curfew, the parent may makealternate arrangements with Mrs. Shinsky prior to Wednesday, May 8, 2013. This request must be in writing. All seniors must be present in school on Friday, May 17, 2013. <strong>Senior</strong>s will be dismissed at 11:15 a.m. Nosenior will be dismissed prior to that time. We will call the parents <strong>of</strong> any student who purchased a ticket and has not arrived by 9:00 p.m. If there is anemergency, please leave a message on Mrs. Mitchell’s cell phone - __________. No one will be admitted if they show signs <strong>of</strong> being under the influence <strong>of</strong> alcohol or drugs. If the student’s guestis denied admittance, the student will be asked to remain at the prom and her parents will be called. If the TCHSstudent appears under the influence, the parents will be called to pick up the student and her guest. Disciplinaryaction will follow. Carpool members will not be allowed to leave with the non-admitted parties. <strong>The</strong>re will be no usage <strong>of</strong> tobacco products in the building or on the grounds. Any behavior that is disrespectful will not be accepted. This includes the manner <strong>of</strong> dance the student(s)and/or her guest chooses to exhibit on the dance floor. Students may jeopardize their participation in theirremaining senior events if the behavior continues after verbal warnings to refrain have been given. Arrangements for transportation home after the prom should be made prior to arrival. <strong>The</strong> prom ends at midnight.All students are expected to leave the facility no later than midnight.
