Sorry, no telephone reservations.• Picnic shelters, Jones Pavilion, and Moore Pavilion reservations may be made for the period ofMay through September.• Edwards Activity and Sports Center reservations may be made for the period of May 1 throughthe second weekend in September.• Reservations for 2014 will be accepted after the first business day of 2014.• All reservations are on a first-come-first-served basis.• Groups wishing to serve beer must obtain a beer permit from Beloit Police Dept. These permitsare available through the City of Beloit Police Dept. A 24-hour notice is required.• Reservations are posted weekly.• Any use of a groups’ own loudspeakers, amplification equipment, or other devices causingconsiderable noise may be used in Riverside Park (Moore Pavilion, Jones Pavilion and Mid-LawnShelter), and at Leeson Pavilion ONLY. Amplification devices are not permitted in any of theother parks.
