December 2008<strong>ARB</strong> <strong>Accessories</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Holden</strong> <strong>Colorado</strong>Owners of the <strong>Holden</strong> <strong>Colorado</strong> can enjoy the benefits of a range of quality products <strong>for</strong>their vehicle following extensive research and engineering from the team at <strong>ARB</strong>.Made to our uncompromising standards, the <strong>ARB</strong> deluxe bull bar is the ultimateaccessory <strong>for</strong> the <strong>Holden</strong> <strong>Colorado</strong>. With tapered and upswept wings to provide ultimatefunctionality and approach angles, along with a split pan design <strong>for</strong> increased strengthand maximum airflow to the vehicle’s engine, the deluxe bull bar has been engineeredto withstand the extremes associated with four wheel driving.<strong>ARB</strong> developed a mounting system specific to the <strong>Colorado</strong>, designed to spread impactand winch loads evenly over the vehicle’s chassis. This design also takes into accountthe vehicle’s air bag system, ensuring that it’s not affected when the bull bar is fitted.Suitable <strong>for</strong> winch and non-winch applications, the bull bar incorporates provision <strong>for</strong>IPF driving lights, and two CB aerials <strong>for</strong> reliable communication. Hi-Lift jacking pointsand rein<strong>for</strong>ced tow points also feature in this design to increase the vehicle’s versatilityin off-road situations. Finished in a hard-wearing black powder coat, vehicle ownerscan further tailor the bar to their specific requirements, with the option of colour coding.In addition, <strong>ARB</strong> has also developed an af<strong>for</strong>dable alternative <strong>for</strong> frontal protection inthe <strong>for</strong>m of a commercial bull bar. Featuring many of the same strength applications asthe deluxe bar, it has been built to provide long lasting per<strong>for</strong>mance but <strong>for</strong>goes some ofthe aesthetic features including fog light provision and urethane buffers.
Specifically designed <strong>for</strong> the <strong>Colorado</strong>, <strong>ARB</strong> has also released a canopy to increase theversatility of this vehicle. Available in either a smooth or grained exterior, the canopy isoptioned in a standard or high roof version, with the high roof allowing extra headroomand carrying capacity. The <strong>Colorado</strong> canopy comes standard with a sliding front windowand owners can choose to fit lift-up side windoors to allow easier access to their gear.Other available accessories <strong>for</strong> the <strong>Holden</strong> <strong>Colorado</strong> include OME suspension,snorkels, rear step tow bars, Air Locker locking differentials and side rails and steps.
