Images of the Canning Stock Route and thefamous Rabbit-Proof Fence are often central to theworks. Birriliburu Artists are gaining recognition forpaintings and works on paper through participationin Ngurra Kuju Walyja (One Country, One people) –The Canning Stock Route Project and the YiwarraKuju exhibition produced by FORM and the NationalMuseum of Australia.
