Awards and Recognitions<br />
In recent years, the <strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong> <strong>Falcon</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong><br />
has received many international awards and<br />
trophies from USA and various European<br />
countries like Germany, UK, France, Spain,<br />
Italy and Belgium. They have been awarded<br />
for the tourism program, leadership, innovation<br />
and quality, customer satisfaction and best practices as<br />
well as outstanding performance.<br />
Research and publications<br />
As leading institution for falcon medicine world-wide, <strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong> <strong>Falcon</strong><br />
<strong>Hospital</strong> has actively published a wide range of scientific publications<br />
and participates in international conferences. 2 new diseases have been<br />
discovered already which include a parasitic disease, Enterocytozoon<br />
bieneusi, and a bacterial infection with Acinteobacter baumannii. Other<br />
ADFH publications include falcon husbandry, bacterial and fungal diseases,<br />
disease prevention as well as Avian Influenza.<br />
PR and Marketing<br />
The ADFH PR and Marketing Department is handling all enquiries<br />
related topress and media coverage of the <strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong> <strong>Falcon</strong><br />
<strong>Hospital</strong> and <strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong> Animal Shelter. Every year, the national,<br />
regional and international media coverage of ADFH is<br />
increasing strongly.<br />

Pet Care Center<br />
Sunday – Thursday: 8.00 AM to 3.00 PM.<br />
For falcons and pets, the ADFH provides a 24hour<br />
emergency service (mob: 050-7113017)<br />
Tourism timings<br />
Sunday – Thursday: at 10.00 AM and at 2.00 PM<br />

All tours have to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.<br />

Location<br />
The <strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong> <strong>Falcon</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong> is located near the <strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong><br />
InternationalAirport. Follow the right turn after the last petrol station before<br />
<strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong> International Airport in direction of Sweihan-Dubai. Please<br />
follow the brown tourism sign boards with “<strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong> <strong>Falcon</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong>”<br />
on the roads. Our premises can be found on the right side along<br />
the <strong>Abu</strong> <strong>Dhabi</strong>-Sweihan road 3 km after the Shawameikh Bridge<br />
before Al Shamkha/Al Falah exit.
