For this reason, we invented the solid plasticWASA UNIPLAST ® two decades ago. Comprising individual,multiply interlocked and glued single planks with auxiliary steel barsand self-locking nuts which can be re-tightened.Single planks planed from end-to-end and furnished with tongueand-groovejoints. 10-mm steel bars with self-locking nuts which canbe re-tightened, and galvanized C-profiles with solid rivets.

WETCASTInnovations for moreflexibility and creativity.First of all, we would naturally like to introduce our proudestinnovation, WETCAST, a special carrier system developedby WASA. This system enables automated production ofconcrete blocks with individual surface structures. Existentproduction areas are utilized optimally, and carrier framesfor individual moulds rendered superfluous. The procedureis an economic quantum leap in terms of production speedand capacity.Of course, we also remain strong in the conventionalsegment: Our in-house modelling department developsprototypes exactly in accordance with your needs. Ourfoundry produces robust, polyurethane cast-resin moulds ofthe highest quality. And our classic carrier frames ensurethat your moulds enduringly withstand production stresses.Our WETCAST range allowsevery surface structure to bereproduced accurately whilstretaining full flexibility andcreativity in design.
