It’s been on the market now for a few years & the ripples have subsided. Which ever way your heart beats, we’ve picked up the gauntlet. 

The results are more than just another bike - it’s a new way of riding. 

We’d like to start with the tried & trusted new collection of Wide Tyre Kits. Not just that, but also with our Zero Cool ® 

wheels. In addition we have our cheaper SPD version (socially & politically downpriced) Kit, where the 

original HD ® -wheel is modified. 

Good Collection: By this we mean our proven Wide Tyre Kits and Swing Arms, where your V-Rod ® 

has the standard 180 tyre. 

Next Collection: This is specifically for V-Rods where a 240 tyre is fitted. On these models the frame & swing arm are wider.

Front Wheel will fit with minimal modification under the original fender. Alternatively a 19" 

front wheel can also be supplied.

The V-Rod® Zero Cool Wheels 

To ensure smooth delivery of the bike’s high engine output to the V-Rod ® 

Zero Cool ® 

wheel, a cushioned drive is 

integrated into the hub (the original rubber component is used). 

The inner spokes have been designed & their functionality optimised on the CNC mill. The wheel rim is forged, 

which means: Maximum strength. No porosity or voids. Excellent surface quality for polishing. The hub on the 

disc side is compatible with the brake discs designed by Lottermann Bikes. 

We can also supply wheels with hubs to mount the original brake discs. 

On request powder coating is also available. 

Even bi-colour, i.e. black rim with polished centre can be supplied. 

TüV: Zero Cool ® 

Wheels are TüV Approved as per § 19.3. 

V-Rods ® 

, with standard 180 tyres fitted, can be easily modified. A 200 tyre on a 6.0" rear wheel will fit under the original rear fender with only minor modification. 

The same goes for Zero Cool ®

You can use our 8”x18” wheel for models with a 240 standard tyre. 

We have standard size front wheels (3.0"x19") for all V-Rod ®

As part of our socially politically downpriced programme: 

We’ve also found a supplier who has stepped up to the plate. 

The wheel is placed on a special lathe & the HD ® 

wheel rim is machined off. Then, a new wider rim is welded in 

place. The “new” wide wheel is almost ready. Almost! 

The welds still need smoothing over. They’re ground down & finally the complete wheel assembly is buffed to a 

high sheen. Powder coating is again possible. 

We can also offer the option of polishing or powder coating the front wheel if required.

The V-Rod® Wide Tyre Swing Arm 

Improving what works, retaining it’s style and keeping the costs down. That was our aim. 

We believe the aluminium swing arm of the V-Rod ® 

is a real beauty. But unfortunately it’s too narrow for the 

280 tyre. 

So it wasn’t hard to retain it. And our Wide Tyre Swing Arm emerged from the HD ® 

original. 

How?? It’s simple: 

Either we remove the swing arm from your bike or you send it to us. Then we modify it for the XXL tyre. 

After the modification it’s then highly polished. 

We supply this work of art with two new wider axles, c/w bushes, etc. & TüV Approval as per § 19.3.

The V-Rod® Next Collection, with Zero Cool ® Wheels

As you read in the introduction the frame & swing arm are wider. 

And we’ve succeeded in developing a kit that allows this super wide tyre to run on almost the same track as the front wheel. So it doesn’t just look great, it rides well too. 

The Kit doesn’t even need a new Front Offset Pulley. The original only requires light modification & the necessary items are contained in the Kit.

There are three options to choose from for the 240. Two made from robust fibre glass, that simply bolt on. 

Then the neatest rear in Harleyland: our Stiletto Rear Fender. Made from 2mm steel & supplied with special

The fender struts are hidden inside the 2mm steel fender. 

The Next collection rear is simply bolted to the standard frame mounting points.

has hidden a lot of the bike electrical components under the pillion seat on this bike. These are contained 

within a special compartment in our rear fenders so that the wiring doesn’t have to be cut or modified.

The V-Rod® Seat for Stiletto Rear Fenders 

The original seat will not fit on the Stiletto Rear Fender. We have specially designed seat bases available for this fender. All types of filling & cover material are then possible. 

A seat consists of three components, the seat base (carcass), filling and the cover material, e.g. Leather. 

We have two filling options available: Conventional foam filling or a sprung core. 

There’s a choice of cover materials, leather or leatherette, we would, however, recommend real leather. 

Last but not least a removable pilllion seat pad with suction pads. Again you have a choice. A universal seat pad, or one that has been specially contoured to match the seat. 

There is a small but resolvable problem regarding the seat: 

Unfortunately you can’t get seat hinges from Harley ® 

on there own, so the originals have to be re-used. That means they’re removed from the HD ® 

seat & secured on the new seat base.

The V-Rod® Stiletto Front 

A suitable piece of steel naturally forms part of our Stiletto Fender range for the front wheel. 

The front fender is fully formed & fitted with threaded bosses, so it can be fastened to the standard mountings. 

You can even use the original screws. 

It’s available for 18" and 19" wheels.

Who finds the ugly “hole” at the tank on the V-Rod ® 

distracting? Probably all of us.. 

To help out, we’ve produced a fine little part: 

A Tank Cover made entirely out of highly polished stainless steel. 

Fitting couldn’t be easier: Using a silicone adhesive it is simply glued to the tank. Job done. 

The “hole” is gone for ever! 

If you don’t have any silicone in your cupboards, we can supply it for you. 

We’ve even made sure you don’t need any extra tools to apply the glue.

Offset Pulleys have 30 teeth & are manufactured from C45 in Germany. 

We differentiate the V-Rod ® 

between models built up to 2003 and those built from 2004 onward. 

Models built up to 03 can have the pulley modified so the offset enables the use of a 240 on 8”. 

From 04 HD ®

transmission input shaft & we have a pulley with 8mm offset in

Yes it’s really true. We’ve found a coater who can offer this service. How? It’s really quite simple - enamel doesn’t 

lose it’s colour. The “only” problem is actually applying it to the exhaust system. That’s a company secret. Just so 

you know: The enamel coating is baked on at 900°C at the end of this process. That lasts a lifetime. 

Colours: Unfortunately this process is only available in gloss black. If you want a matt finish you should choose a 

ceramic coating or have the enamel coating bead blasted matt. However the colour will become matt anthracite.

Ceramic Exhaust Coating 

A cheaper alternative is this coating. According to the coater this shouldn’t discolour either, but that can’t be 

guaranteed. The surface is a little less robust, similar to normal paint work. So NO GUARANTEE against 

mechanical damage of any kind is given i.e. scratching. The coating is, however, baked on at 350°C, resulting in 

a smooth, evenly coated surface.

. How?? Supertrapp!! Modified & featuring 60mm diameter S/Steel pipes. 

The pipes are formed in such a way, especially the rear, to ensure they are of almost equal length & the back 

pressure in each is near identical. The whole lot produces about 108 HP at the rear wheel! TüV approval is to 

the latest EU standard EG 97/24. 

Once again this exhaust is offered as a kit. This comprises, in addition to the actual exhaust, the necessary 

mounting brackets (polished s/steel of course), as well as a fitting kit, also made of, you guessed it, s/steel.

Pillion Footpeg Support Kit, to 2006 

The unique lines of the system unfortunately restrict access to the pillion footpeg a little. However we also have a 

solution for this problem: It’s called a Support Kit. Made from the finest aluminium & highly polished. 

So the V-Rod ® 

can still be used with a pillion passenger. 

From 2007 there’s no problem with the footpeg, except for the Night Rod Special ® 

where a small kit is required.

Having listened to the wishes of our customers, we’ve developed heatshields for our exhaust systems. They’re 

made of exactly the same high quality stainless steel as our exhausts. We took care in designing them to ensure 

that only the most important areas of the down pipes are covered, not the whole system. This ensures that burnt 

calves, melted boots, etc. are a thing of the past. 

The heatshields come polished to a mirror finish in a kit with 5 s/steel clamps. 

The V-Rod® Sound Adjustable End Caps, with TüV! 

Sound adjustable end caps are permitted by the EG-BE (EU Approved). 

Closed the exhaust is TüV Approved. Open produces that unique US-Sound. 

The adjustment can be carried out in seconds with a simple allen key wrench. 

If that’s not something special, I don’t know what is ...

The V-Rod® Dragbar Handlebars 

Our V-Rod ® 

Dragbar handlebars pictured here are available for both A and B Models. 

But... What’s the difference?! 

A Model: On the A Model the risers & instrument holder are integrated in the handlebars. 

B Model: On the B Model the handlebars are mounted conventionally. Here the instrument holder also acts as 

the handlebar riser. 

On both models the handlebars are designed so that the wiring can be run internally. They’re made from highly 

polished stainless steel, 850mm wide & come with TüV Approval. 

Stainless Steel Fitting Kit 

Original Brake and Clutch lines can be retained. 

Alternatively the lines can be more discretely & directly routed (as shown below). We have other fittings in stock 

for this purpose. They are also made of stainless steel & can be fitted to the existing lines. Stainless steel fittings

A relaxed seating position is as important whilst riding as the power & elegance of your V-Rod ®

To ensure this, we have a Footpeg Kit, thats allows you to place your biker boots further forward without losing contact 

with your bike. 

We’ve chosen a method that doesn’t require the complete footpeg assembly to be replaced. 

The result is an Extension Kit fashioned from a single block in a breathtaking faceted design. 

Like a diamond, ground on many sides, but simple & good. 

Material ... Here we only use the best of aluminium & stainless steel. 

The Kit is supplied highly polished, with an extension for the shift rod & stainless steel screws. If you look 

carefully, you’ll see the TüV markings, which of course means that it can be easily annotated in your vehicle 

papers, if required.

The V-Rod® Progressive Fork Spring Kit. 

The balance of power 

Wilbers, one of the best suspension specialists around, developed this kit. 

The benefits of progressive springs are, I think, well known by all, so I’ll say no more. 

According to Wilbers the negative spring rates ensure that the weight of your bike is better damped. 

The rideability is vastly improved with these springs when used in combination with the specially developed 

damper oil. 

Oil must be ordered separately (2x required). 

TüV: The spring kit is, of course, TüV Approved.
