What’s more, if you choose KIST you will find yourself in one of the liveliest parts of Rwanda. If you’re interested in the arts, culture, sports, clubbing, the outdoors or shopping you will find no shortage of things to do. KIST has two campuses: The main campus is in the city centre, and the Remera campus is on the outskirts of the city, housing the Centre for Innovations and Technology Transfer (CITT). The main campus is located in upper Kiyovu on Avenue de L’Armée in the heart of Kigali, Rwanda’s capital city. The institute is also within easy reach of Kigali’s shopping centres, government ministries, hotels, airline offices, the central and private hospitals and clinics. KIST is also a short twenty-minute drive from Kigali International Airport. Our students consistently tell us that KIST is a great place to live and learn. On our part we always strive to ensure that, as our graduates leave us to go out into the world of work, or further study, they have fond memories of their time at KIST.
