StudentActivitiesAt KSOM, the student community regularly getsinvolved in a host <strong>of</strong> extracurricular activities thatnot only help the students escape from the rigorousgrinds <strong>of</strong> management studies but also builds andshapes their creative sides and s<strong>of</strong>t skills.Clubs include Finance, HR, IT & Technology, Marketing, Alumni, Cultural,Entrepreneurship and Literature clubs. The <strong>Placement</strong> Committee comprises <strong>of</strong> a group<strong>of</strong> faculty members, ably supported by therepresentatives <strong>of</strong> the Student <strong>Placement</strong>Committee. To keep the entire processtransparent, most major decisions are taken inconsultation with the students.The preparation for placements takes placemuch ahead <strong>of</strong> the placement season. Thisbegins with the s<strong>of</strong>t skill training where all thestudents are evaluated and individuallyassessed by competent trainers.
