EVALUATIONHIGHEST TOTAL SCORE OF WEIGHTED TEHCHNICAL AND FINANCIAL CRITERIA (usually used for assignments that areintellectual in nature, which takes into account a combination of the applicants’ qualifications and experience along withthe financial proposal).The price proposal of all consultants, who have attained minimum 70% score in the technical evaluation, will becompared.
