The Eligibility Check/Screening aswell as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Only Bidsfrom Bidders who pass the eligibility check will be opened.The bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall advance to the post-qualification state in orderto finally determine his responsiveness to the technical and financial requirements of the project. Thecontract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who wasdetermined as such during the post-qualification procedures.Interested REGISTERED BIDDERS may obtain further information from Municipality of Jagna, Boholthrough its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and inspect the bidding documents of registeredbidders/suppliers at the address given from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested registered bidders from sameaddress and upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of ( P 1,000.00) to the MunicipalTreasurer.
