Software Technology Parks of India, Rourkela invites sealed bids from ReputedFirms/manufacturer/supplier/dealer/vendor for Supply, Installation and Commissioning ofIndoor and outdoor WiFi AP at STPI-Rourkela Campus.Terms & Conditions :a. The tenderer(s) must either be directly a Principal/OEM or his authorized channelpartner/dealer/distributor. In case of authorized channel partner/dealer/distributor should submitthe authorization letter from the manufacturer failing which the offer will be summarilyrejected.b. The bidder should be a registered firm with Sales Tax Authority. The bidder should furnish theregistration certificate, TIN No. certificate, VAT registration certificate, PAN No. detail alongwith the tender paper. Enclose copies supporting documents. In absence of such certificate, theBid is liable to be rejected. (Photocopy to be enclosed with Signature, date and seal).c. The detailed technical specifications with Make & Model, Compliance Statement must be as perthe technical specifications (as per Annex-I) which needs to be supported by relevant productbrochure etc. Without proper Compliance Statement the bid is liable to be rejectedd. The tender(s) should have executed at least 03 installations of the similar nature work in anyGovt/PSU/Corporate organization during last 3 financial years.e. The bidder’s firm must be a financially sound having 30 Lakh turnover and established firmfulfilling all statuary & regulatory requirements of its functioning in India. Proof of theregistration & other compliances and turn over, audit reports, balance sheets etc for company’sfinancial soundness as required may be furnished.f. The bidder must be an ISO certified company. ( Attach photocopy)g. The bidder must have local office in odisha for support and service.h. The bidder should not be black listed in any of the Gov. Organization in last 3 years. Undertakingin this regard must be submitted.i. The supplied Indoor/Outdoor WiFi AP will carry Three years Warranty.j. The bidder must inspect the proposed site before quoting the final price for installation andcommissioning of Wi-Fi Indoor & Outdoor AP at STPI-Rourkela. Site Inspection can bedone on any working days Monday to Friday at 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM.k. Unit Price must be mentioned in INR including transportation, supply, Installation andCommissioning of materials and its validity should be 90 days.l. The price quoted once can’t be changed in any case.m. The materials must supply and install within 2 to 3 weeks issue of Purchase Order.n. Transportation will be at Suppliers risk.o. Any incident during installation of Indoor/Outdoor Wifi AP at Campus will be at supplier’s risksp. q. The interested firms/manufacturers/suppliers are required to submit the technical and financialbid separately. The bids in Sealed Cover-I containing “Technical Bid” and Sealed Cover-IIcontaining “Financial Bid” should be placed in a third sealed cover super scribed “Quotationfor supply, installation and Commissioning of Indoor/Outdoor WiFi AP at STPI-Rourkela)” on the top of the envelope and should be written full address with phone numberand E-mail-ID in the sender’s side of the envelope.r. 90% payment will be released after successful delivery, installation and testing of theIndoor/Outdoor WiFi AP and 10% will be kept as performance guarantee for 3 years from thedate of installation and testing.s. The firm /manufacturers /suppliers must sign on each page of the quotation document aspublished in the website as well as other relevant documents with seal & date and to besubmitted.t. STPI reserves the right to cancel the order without any liability in case the materials are notsupplied within the stipulated period and/or non-fulfillment of contractual obligation.u. Instruments/Components/materials supplied are liable to be subjected to performance tests andin the case the articles do not function /reach the expected standard, the supplier is liable toreplace the items free of cost. Cost of returning goods will be on supplier’s accounts.v. Delivery/ installation of the store should strictly be completed within the stipulated period ofdelivery.w. The material must be properly packed against any damage and insured expect where handdelivery is proposed.x. The rejected item if any shall have to be taken back at your cost and if specified quality isavailable the same shall be replaced forthwith.y. We reserves the right to reject the items, if found unsuitable and/or not performing theapproved specifications.z. If any equipment or part thereof is lost or rendered defective during the transit the suppliershall immediately arrange for the supply of the equipment/materials or part thereof as the casemay be.aa. A pre receipted bill in triplicate in the name of the Assistant Director, Software TechnologyPark of India, Sector-5, Rourkela-769002, Odisha shall be submitted soon after the completionof the work.The complete offer should reach to the office, Assistant Director, SoftwareTechnology Parks of India, Sector-5, Rourkela on or before 13 th August 2013 at 3.30PM.Incomplete offer or communication after due day and time will be rejected.Additional Director, STPI-BBSR reserves the right to reject /cancel the offer withoutassigning any reason thereof.
