Thisspring rate chart can also be found on the non-driveside of the chainstay, see fig 1.3.The proper air pressure is a personal preferenceand varies upon your weight and riding style. It maytake several rides to determine the optimal airpressure.4.The valve closest to the bike is the air springvalve, Fig 2. The valve that is located near the redrebound adjuster is a bleed valve and should alwaysbe set to 0 Psi.rider weightin lbsrider weightin kgAir Pressurein in/lbs110 50 80130 60 90150 68 110170 77 125190 86 140210 95 155Rebound Adjustment•All K2 Razorbacks have a shock with reboundadjustment.•Rebound damping is adjusted by the red reboundadjuster knob.• Rebound damping controls the speed at which theshock returns to its original position after theshock is compressed.•The shock has 12 clicks of adjustment from fullyclosed. Turning the knob clockwise will cause therebound to be slower.•The proper rebound setting is a personal preferenceand varies upon your weight and riding style.•Experts agree that rebound should be as fast aspossible without kicking back and pushing the rideroff the saddle when riding the bike in rough terrain. If rebound is set too slow, the suspension will nothave the time to extend before hitting the next bump• Note: When the red rebound wheel is advanced topositions towards full in, or full clock-wise, theblue lock-out lever will feel slack or such thatminimal or no force is applied by the adjusterrod. This is not a functional faultLockout Lever1.All Razorbacks come with a shock that has alockout lever.2.The purpose of the lockout lever is to eliminatesuspension movement when desired by the rider.3.The shock comes with a safety blow-off valve. Ifthe bump force on the rear wheel is high enough theblow-off valve will open and the shock willcompress.Fig 1Air Spring ValveFig 2K2 Bike is a worldLeader in the design,Marketing and sales of high qualitybikes and accessories for Road, Mountain and BMX use.
