SGI for example.

THE PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:• We beginning the harvest in May-13.• Sinaloa State is probably to have around 500,000 metric tons of the white corn to theexport market.• The all production for the next crop is around of 4,700,000 metric tons, so, the 10% isfor the export.• Sonora State is probably to have around 300,000 metric tons of durum wheat for theexport market.• The process is:1. Make the contract with to producers (INPROAGRI & PRODUCERS). Theequation is: July/13 futures (CBOT) + $30.00/MT (basis producers) = paymentto the producers. We have a time for to make this contracts, the period is(Dec-12 & Jan-13). Every day with need to check of CBOT (www.cme.com) andsee the future costs. The basis is flat: $30/mt for the producers.2. Contract between the (BUYER(S) and INPROAGRI).THE PRICE IS FLAT: payment to the producers + INPROAGRI Basis. The INPROAGRI basis included all costs FOB WC/WHEAT in the Mexican Port(Topolobampo Sinaloa or Guaymas Sonora). This basis is around US$42.50/mt(indicative). For the shipment in May-13 to Aug-13

3. The INPROAGRI basis included: Logistic, loads, storage, customs cost, agents, fumigations, local transportation, loads tothe port, document elaboration, permissions, All the generaldocuments: I.P certi, Phytosanitary, Independent Lab Non-GMOTests, Federal Grain Inspection.4. We can load easy a boat of 35,000 metric tons +/- 10% everymonth (WHITE CORN AND ADD WHEAT DURUM), but we don´thave problems for the load more, this point depend of thenecessities of the buyers.5. The payment is very important, we can not offer CIF (cost and load)Korea, the BUYER must guarantee the payment in México (letter ofcredit) and against the Document delivery via email (BL, Invoice,Certificates, etc). For the contract company/signature, to explore thepossibility of an advance payment (20%) and thus to guarantee theagreed conditionsINPROAGRI would prefer a long-term and steady business, Ithink that is possible will get a good opportunities to supplyWhite Corn into Korea.10
