Contract between the (BUYER(S) and INPROAGRI).THE PRICE IS FLAT: payment to the producers + INPROAGRI Basis.The INPROAGRI basis included all costs FOB WC/WHEAT in the Mexican Port(Topolobampo Sinaloa or Guaymas Sonora).
