Additional Information and Entry FormEntries Close 4 th May 2010. All classes can be entered on the day with a £1 levy per class, provided classes are not full.The Easton College canteen will be open throughout the day, serving a large range of snacks through tofull main meals.Eastern Lights Photography will be attending the show. Memories of the day will be available to purchaseat the show.The <strong>Redwings</strong> Horse Sanctuary display lorry will be in attendance providing information on the welfarework that is at the heart of the charity.Rules and Conditions of Show• The Judge’s decision is final.• Any complaints or appeals must be lodged with the secretary no more than 30 mins after the incident. Thecomplaint must be lodged with the accompaniment of £20, if the complaint is upheld the money will berefunded. It is expected all competitors will enter into the spirit of the event for fun and recognition of thewelfare of the horse.• Correct current BSI standard headgear must be worn to minimum approved standards at all times whenmounted and chinstraps fastened.• The Organisers of the event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety ofeveryone present. For these measures to be effective, everybody must take care to avoid and preventaccidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and their Officials.• Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers of the event, neither <strong>Redwings</strong>Horse Sanctuary, the owners of the venue, or any other agent, employee or representative of these bodiesaccepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders spectators,vehicles and their contents or accessories, or any other person or property at all, whether caused by theirnegligence, breach of contract or in any way, whatsoever.• Entries made on the day will be £1 extra per class, with the exception of the handy pony.
