Second Gateway Level 1As above i.e. Foundation LevelSERVICES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENTFoundation Gateway Level 11. Correctly uses PAS to trace notes and obtains from central library and variouslocations from within and external to the Trust2. Files notes correctly repairs, amalgamates and files loose results / paper3. Sends medical notes to the relevant department / ward both internally andexternally4. Undertakes clerical duties in relation to deceased patients and their families.5. In liaison with the Shift Coordinator, Co-ordinate the critical in house ‘Bank’system ensuring staff are called and booked for future shifts assistingappointing ‘Bank staff’.Second Gateway Level 1As above i.e. Foundation GatewayREGISTERED HEALTH PROFESSIONALAll staff who are members of a professional body must comply with standards ofprofessional practice/conduct.
