NPATCH Other projects Assist in removing the barriers to appropriate APN panelingand credentialing. Assist with health care re<strong>for</strong>m in <strong>Colorado</strong> where we can Research medical home models to best utilize the skill sets andscopes of both physicians and APNs working together as teams Research the education of nurses and physicians. Learn fromthought leaders in education to enhance understanding andcommunication and learn together. Look at barriers to thisprocess. Assist in getting the work<strong>for</strong>ce data needed to plan <strong>for</strong> qualitypatient care in <strong>Colorado</strong>.
