All legal proceedings with the contractor will be subject to the territorial jurisdiction ofCivil Courts at Jalandhar.7. The estimated amount, quantities and scope of work can be increased or decreased.8. The Contractors/Agency should not be black listed from any department and anaffidavit/undertaking will be required to be submitted along with tender.9. Rates will be quoted with pen/ball pen & it should be covered with Cello tape.10. Contractors/agencies will have to quote their rates in percentage (minus or plus) onC.S.R+ N.S.P as well as on N.S items. Conditional & Over writing tenders shall berejected.11. Free of cost condition and other conditional rates which are not covered in the scope ofestimates shall not be considered & in such cases tender will be straight way rejected.12. The Payment of final bill will be made on the basis of the lowest Comparativestatement worked out at the final stage.13. The Contractors will not sub-let the contract to any other agency.14. The Contractor/ agency must have Vat No. for tender above Rs. 5.00 Lacs as per Govt.rules.15.
