Call Letters for Group Discussion are being dispatched to above candidates. The candidatesshould report with all original certificates /testimonials and attested photocopies in support ofhis/her advertized eligibility criteria and identity including:• Call Letter for Group Discussion,• Photo ID proof i.e., Election Identity Card or Passport or Driving License or PANCard or Aadhar Card, etc. in original and two passport size photographs,• Lower Portion of the Admit Card of the written test held on 17.02.2013,• Date of Birth Proof (Matriculation Certificate indicating Date of Birth or BirthCertificate),• Graduation – Marksheet, Degree, CGPA equivalence in %, and recognition ofuniversity/college/ institute by Govt./UGC/AICTE,• MBA or Equivalent PG Degree or Diploma – Marksheet, Degree, CGPAequivalence in %, Specialization proof and recognition ofuniversity/college/institute by Govt./UGC/AICTE,• Caste Certificate (OBC/SC/ST) in the prescribed format by Govt. of India (ifbelonging to concerned category),• Proof of Disability (if physically handicapped),• No Objection Certificate (if working in a Govt. Department/AutonomousBody/PSU).The candidature of above candidates is provisional subject to verification of all eligibilityconditions prescribed in the advertisement. At any stage, if it is found that candidate is noteligible as per the eligibility criteria prescribed in the advertisement or not able toproduce/provide the above prescribed documents on advice the candidature may becancelled.Candidates will be grouped and will be provided topic(s) for Group Discussion. They will beobserved and evaluated on various parameters including communication skills, knowledge,participation level and convincing/persuasion skills, etc.Candidates will not be reimbursed/provided any TA/DA and Boarding & Lodging for appearingin the Group Discussion.
