Cutting on June 19th has been
just over two years! What an amazing
transformation! New insulated vinyl
siding; new energy efficient windows;
new interior and exterior doors; completely
renovated youth bathrooms;
new kitchens in three homes; four new
roofs; new tile and carpet; new egress
alarm systems; new fire alarm systems;
replaced concrete at three of the
homes; fresh paint; many replacement
outlets and switches; new high effi-

project is truly preparing The Villages
homes for new generations of children
and youth in need. The Board, Staff
and Youth of The Villages wish to

prairie at the Stone Nature
Preserve. Start from the Shed
and follow the signs.

For those with mobility
impairments there are a
limited number of parking
spaces between the William
Menninger Cottage and the
tent and also at the Nature
Center. Others please follow
signs and direction of parking
assistants and park in
designated parking areas.

on the 45’ climbing
wall at the ropes
course, pet a snake at
the Stone Nature
Center education
building and enjoy
snacks and keg root
beer at the homes.

each home and the
‘before’ pictures
scattered inside and
outside. Please sign
at least one of the
guestbook pages before
you leave. They
are available in the
tent and at each of
the homes.
