Power Point Projector 1 unitBidders may bid for a single lot or two lots or three lots or four lots or five lots or all sixlots but in each case bidders must quote for all items and quantities specified in each lot.Bids for incomplete lot will be considered non-responsive and rejected.4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) aprocedure specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans andIDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in theGuidelines.5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Secretary, MinisterialTender Board, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 7:30am to 3:30pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on Public Holidays.6. Qualifications requirements include:a) Bidder must submit copies of certified bank statement covering the period of12 months ending one month before the deadline for submission of bids.b) Bidders must provide audited financial reports of the last three yearsc) Bidders who do not manufacture the equipment must submit with their bidsthe manufacturer’s authorizationd) The bidders shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that itmeets the following experience requirements:i) The Bidder or his authorized Local Agent shall have at least 3years of experience in the supply of computers and accessories,scanners and photocopier together with adequate and provenafter sales technical support facilities in Tanzania.ii)The bidder must have experience in supplying computers andaccessories with at least two contracts of equivalent value.e) If at the time of bidding, the bidder does not have adequate and proven aftersales technical support, then the bidder shall submit his plans for setting upsuch facilities in Tanzania in the event of award of contract, and as to howhe process to carryout testing and provide after sale technical supportservices until such facilities are set in Tanzania by the bidder.A margin of preference for eligible national contractors “shall not” be applied. Additionaldetails are provided in the Bidding Documents.7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidderson the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Tshs 50,000.00 (Tanzania Shillings Fifty Thousand Only) or equivalent.The method of Payment will be either by Banker’s Draft, Cash or Banker’s Cheque, toThe Permanent Secretary, <strong>Ministry</strong> of <strong>Agriculture</strong> Food Security and Cooperatives, P.O.
