PRACTICE GUIDELINES/MEDIA INFORMATIONPRACTICE GUIDELINESMEDIA WEBSITEDesignated Media will be allowed at all practices. Duringeach practice, the team will use two practice fields.The area between the two practice fields – where thescissor lift is located – is off-limits to media, but media canwalk the perimeter of the fields.Photographers can only cross the covered area if theyare accompanied by a Texans PR representative. Photographerscan shoot selected portions of practice. Tripodsare allowed at practice, however they must be sevenyards from the sideline and behind the line of scrimmageat all times. Please do not leave tripods unattended. To notimpede the view of the fans at practice, all photographersmust kneel when shooting in front of the stands.Members of the communications staff will be on the fieldduring all practices to assist with any questions. Phones, Texans information,NFL news releases and other information are available.Wireless service will be available in the media workroom.During practice, media should park in the Teal Lot locatedon Murworth, across from Reliant Stadium in frontof the Methodist Training Center. Media can either walkover to the media workroom or drive to the day lot, locatedat Westridge and Kirby on the south side of Reliant Stadium.Media should walk through Budweiser Plaza to thestadium entrance.VISITING MEDIAReliant Park is located south of downtown Houston, justinside the 610 Loop. The closest airport to Reliant Park isHouston Hobby, which is 20 minutes away and is primarilyserved by Southwest Airlines.
