Lancaster Airport (LNS) is served by Cape Air with which you can connect with several major
airlines depending upon your place of departure. Lancaster Airport is 6 miles from Bird-in-Hand and
has shuttle, taxi and car rental service. (add'l cost)
Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) is approx. 38 miles from Bird-in-Hand. Car rentals
available.
There is also Amtrak service to Lancaster. The station is just a few miles from Bird-in-Hand and I
believe that taxi service is available.
Note: You will notice that communications may come from Marion Edwards or Holly Faux, our daughter, as
Jim is unable to do any of the “leg work” or communicating due to health problems. Just wanted to clear up
any confusion when you will see our names rather than Jim's.
