APPLICATION PROCEDURES<br />

1. Fill out attached application blank fully. Any<br />

special needs or requests must be made on<br />

application. Requests are considered, but not<br />

guaranteed<br />

2. Enclose $140.00 booth fee, made payable to <strong>Fine</strong><br />

<strong>Line</strong> <strong>Designs</strong>, (non-refundable upon acceptance.)<br />

3. Provide a business size, self-addressed, stamped<br />

envelope for notification and return of submission<br />

material.<br />

4. Enclose review materials (1 of display)<br />

representative of the pieces you intend to sell.<br />

Place your name on each piece for identification<br />

purposes. Photographs or CD’s preferred.<br />

RULES:<br />

1. All work that is to be exhibited must be original in<br />

concept and executed by the applying artist. Work<br />

that is displayed at the <strong>Townline</strong> <strong>Art</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> must be<br />

represented by the slides that accompanied application.<br />

No commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, stencils<br />

or prefabricated forms. <strong>Townline</strong> <strong>Art</strong> <strong>Fair</strong> committee<br />

reserves the right to refuse any artist theright to exhibit<br />

work not in the same media or not complying with the<br />

stated requirements.<br />

2. <strong>Fine</strong> <strong>Line</strong> <strong>Designs</strong> cannot assume any liability in case<br />

of loss or damage to work from any cause. Insurance<br />

responsibility is left to the <strong>Art</strong>ist.<br />

3. There is no camping on the fair grounds.<br />

4. Any artist who disassembles display before show<br />

hours are complete or without permission from event<br />

coordinator will not be invited back.<br />

5. <strong>Art</strong>ists must be onsite during show hours. No<br />

exceptions!<br />

6. <strong>Art</strong>ist who submitted application is the only person<br />

allowed to display work in their booth. Special exceptions<br />

may apply with permission from the <strong>Townline</strong> <strong>Art</strong> <strong>Fair</strong>.<br />

SPACE & SET UP:<br />

1. Size of spaces are approximately 10’ x 12’. <strong>Art</strong>ist is to<br />

provide display & shelters appropriate for outdoor shows.<br />

Unloading will be at the perimeter of the fair grounds<br />

with artist parking behind the gallery in designated<br />

area. All vehicle lanes must stay open for convenience<br />

of customers making for easier access. Show hours<br />

are 10-5 Saturday and 10-4 Sunday. Spaces are<br />

preassigned. Set up is possible after 2:00 p.m. Friday,<br />

October 5th.
