39th Annual Townline Art Fair - Fine Line Designs Gallery

LOCATION: The Townline Art Fair is held on the
Door peninsula, north of Green Bay, surrounded by
the waters of Lake Michigan. Take Hwy. 42-57 north
from Green Bay. Follow Hwy. 42 from Sturgeon Bay
north to Ephraim. The Townline Art Fair is located
at Fine Line Designs Gallery on Hwy 42, north end
of Ephraim.
The Show is held outside in front of the Gallery.
Columbus Day weekend is one of the busiest
weekends of the year, make your reservations

APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Fill out attached application blank fully. Any
special needs or requests must be made on
application. Requests are considered, but not
guaranteed
2. Enclose $140.00 booth fee, made payable to Fine
Line Designs, (non-refundable upon acceptance.)
3. Provide a business size, self-addressed, stamped
envelope for notification and return of submission
material.
4. Enclose review materials (1 of display)
representative of the pieces you intend to sell.
Place your name on each piece for identification
purposes. Photographs or CD’s preferred.

RULES:
1. All work that is to be exhibited must be original in
concept and executed by the applying artist. Work
that is displayed at the Townline Art Fair must be
represented by the slides that accompanied application.
No commercial kits, molds, patterns, plans, stencils
or prefabricated forms. Townline Art Fair committee
reserves the right to refuse any artist theright to exhibit
work not in the same media or not complying with the
stated requirements.
2. Fine Line Designs cannot assume any liability in case
of loss or damage to work from any cause. Insurance
responsibility is left to the Artist.
3. There is no camping on the fair grounds.
4. Any artist who disassembles display before show
hours are complete or without permission from event
coordinator will not be invited back.
5. Artists must be onsite during show hours. No
exceptions!
6. Artist who submitted application is the only person
allowed to display work in their booth. Special exceptions
may apply with permission from the Townline Art Fair.
SPACE & SET UP:
1. Size of spaces are approximately 10’ x 12’. Artist is to
provide display & shelters appropriate for outdoor shows.
Unloading will be at the perimeter of the fair grounds
with artist parking behind the gallery in designated
area. All vehicle lanes must stay open for convenience
of customers making for easier access. Show hours
are 10-5 Saturday and 10-4 Sunday. Spaces are
preassigned. Set up is possible after 2:00 p.m. Friday,
October 5th.
