A pleasing aestheticappearance blends with most ceilingsespecially modular systems. The ultraslim depth makes the diffuser ideal forinstallations with a limited ceiling voidheight.All diffusers are manufactured from highquality extruded aluminium sectionsfeaturing a welded frame and coreconstruction.A choice of 5 different square 4 waydiffuser air patterns are available forsupply air applications and matchingreturn air. An angular style inner coreassembly provides a fixed horizontal airpattern, capable of handling a sizeablequantity of air at a given pressure dropand noise level.Inner cores are easily removable allowingon site access. A retention cord is fittedto each inner core.The standard 32mm wide flange isdesigned for surface mount or tee barinstallation.Each diffuser can be fitted with anoptional opposed blade damper. Thedamper is designed as an air trimmingdevice and is operated via a screw camthrough the diffuser neck with the coreremoved.Purpose designed and correctly selectedplenum boxes, in sheet metal, areavailable to ensure the performance andcharacteristics of the diffuser.For uniform air distribution it isrecommended that plenum boxes aresupplied with an equalising grid.To speed up on site installation time, theplenum box and diffuser can be factoryfitted together then delivered as acomplete assembly to be simply installedas one unit.As standard the Model SA diffuser isapplied with a polyester powder whitefinish to RAL9010 (20% gloss).Diffuser Specification4 Way Diffuser with Sheet MetalPlenum Box having Side Entry SpigotMaterialComplete assembly from extrudedaluminium sections.ConstructionOuter frame and inner core sectionsmitred and welded. Access forinstallation is with the core removed.If a plenum box is required, the diffusercan be supplied already fixed to the boxas a prefabricated assembly. Thebox/diffuser assembly is then supportedwith on site fixings (by others).AccessoriesOpposed Blade Damper, (either with orwithout plenum box) operated by screwcam with the core removed.Matching Plenum Box side circular,spigots available.
