Aims and ScopesThe Mathematical Sciences is a peer-reviewed mathematical journal to bepublished quarterly in English from 2007, with enlarged scope and aims. As amulti-disciplinary quarterly publication, the main aims and scope of the journalis publishing of refereed, high quality original research papers in all areas ofpure and applied mathematics and statistics. This journal will also publisharticles containing interesting applications of mathematics even though theremay be no new techniques involved. It is important that they be actual cases ofinterest. Furthermore, when appropriate, the journal will also include commentsfrom its readers on the journal articles, and discussions of significant work inprogress or papers presented or published elsewhere.Call for PapersThe authors are invited to submit papers online. Manuscripts submitted to thisjournal will be considered for publication with the understanding that the samework has not been published and is not under consideration for publicationelsewhere. The papers submitted to the journal are refereed within 3 months.For review purposes, the authors are encouraged to submit two copies of theirpapers electronically and as PDF format to the editorial board of the journalof Mathematical Sciences. One copy of them must be prepared without author'snames. After the acceptance, the authors are advised to look at the style filetemplate (see website of the journal) and prepare their works using it.
