One-on-One Personal Training - We offer a mix of latest
model cardio equipment, resistance machines, boxing and
free weights all of which are designed to keep you interested &
motivated during your training.
The Livefit team will be next to you for the whole journey
encouraging you to take just one more step closer to your
goal. You will never be left alone wondering what to do next -
we will guide you the whole way.

Body Tone and Weight Loss - Everyone wants to feel good
about themselves, and we will tailor make a program for you to
help you achieve your desired body shape and weight loss goals.
A personally designed exercise and nutrition program will assist
you to achieve the results you want and maintain them.
Injury Rehabilitation - Whatever the cause of your injury,
from over doing it on the sporting arena or a recent operation
we can assist you in your recovery program. We offer a holistic
approach to rehabilitation with muscle strength training,
floatation therapy to repair muscles and reduce pain, and
massage to aid relaxation.
Sport Training - In-season, off-season, injury recovery,
increased fitness and flexibility or better reflexes - if you need
it we can help you find it. Challenge yourself and take it to the
next level with our experienced team.
Yoga & meditation - Yoga embraces all aspects of the individual
- body with mind and mind with soul - to achieve balance
and harmony. Through the practice of Yoga you can achieve
improved circulation, calm the nervous system, strengthen
