SANDING ROOMCROSS BELT/WIDE BELT POLISHINGThe term “POLISHING” traditionally has been associated with finish upgrade using stroke sanders whichcreate the “BEST” finish “in the white” on flat, parallel surfaces prior to color.Wide belt polishers can accomplish the necessary high quality finishes in one operation with cross belts(stroke sanders) in line with wide belt heads. Each head employs electronically controlled, segmented, airactivatedplatens to permit processing of fancy faced veneered surfaces, minimize cross grain scratches, andfinal polish flat component items.
